cartoonist, worked in London. He signed 'Peel, Peel, Swan River peel, very fine peel’, published London 6 June 1829, a hand-coloured etching in the 'Plucking or Peeling’ series along with Thomas Seymour 's Swan River swan-plucking cartoon of 1829; copies NLA [and ML?].
