Anatjari Tjakamarra b. c.1935

Also known as Anitjari Jagamara, Anatjari No. 3
  • Artist (Painter)
A member of the original group of "painting men" at Papunya at the beginning of the 1970s. After almost a decade spent on his Tjukurla outstation selling his work independently, he recommenced painting for Papunya Tula Artists in the late '80s. His painting "Tingari Cycle Dreaming" was acquired by the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the early 1990s.
