Arthur Sharland Boothroyd b. 1910

Mid 20th century English, Melbourne and Sydney illustrator and cartoonist. Boothroyd contributed to a number of publications including the Bulletin, Smith's Weekly and London Punch and was a multiple Walkley Illustration Award winner for his work in Australian Women's Weekly. A Boothroyd mural is known illustrated in the Corroboree Coffee Lounge, North Sydney in 1955.
