painter and photographic colourist, was listed as an 'artist’ of Barclay Street, Carlton, in the Melbourne Directory for 1866. In 1868 he was listed as a photographic colourist of 58 Elizabeth Street then again as an artist, at 53 Collins Street East, the following year.
