Samuel Boutcher (aka B.C. Boutcher) was an artist who exhibited with the Art Society of NSW in Sydney in the early 1880s. In December of 1877 he was advertising in the SMH his services as a portrait artist in Oils. Life size works at a cost of two pounds ten shillings. He was working from 283 Castlereagh Street Sydney.
