Anmatyerre artist from Mt Allan (NT) and daughter of the community's headman Frank Japanangka.

Born in 1965, Carol Frank was an Anmatyerre speaker. Her father, Frank Japangangka , was one of the most senior men in the Mt Allan community. Her heritage country was Yuelamu and she painted Honey Ant and Witchetty Grub Dreamings for this area. She lived at Mt Allan and was married to Desmond Tilmouth , also a painter.
