Dr. Catherine B. Fisher (B.A (Vis. Arts); Grad. Dip. Ed. M.Ed.C.A.; LLB; Grad.Dip.Leg.Prac.), DCA is a Visual Artist, Educator, Photographer, Lapidary, Researcher, Curator and Lawyer. With over forty years practical and research experience in the arts, she has exhibited and produced many peer reviewed academic treatises & publications on arts, law and education.
