Charles Bastable

Bastable was the interior designer for the Fred Ward-directed Design Unit for the Australian National University (ANU). He also designed the original ANU "Bistro" and selected furniture. The Design Unit controlled the design development of the University including landscaping (John Stevens), graphics (David Walker), architecture, interior design and furniture. Bastable joined the team from the London firm MPBW.
