South Australian painter and printmaker.

From 1933 to 1935 Dallwitz studied at the South Australian School of Art and the North Adelaide School of Fine Art. He began teaching in the late 1930s and retired in 1974, after which his artistic output flourished for 3 decades. He completed and signed his last painting aged 88 on the day of his death in 2003.
