Grant was an event organiser, conceiving, directing and coordinating events internationally. He began working in the field in 1985, later producing events for the Summer and Winter Olympic festivals as well as many award-winning commercial events for product launches, incentive gatherings and notably for the Australian Olympic Games in 2000.
