Edgar Dell was born in 1901. He was an illustrator for the 'Western Mail' and painter of wildflowers.

Illustrator for the Western Mail and painter of wildflowers. Dell painted hundreds of wildflowers which were included as colour supplements in the Western Mail in 1933-35.
