Eileen Harrison is a Kurnai woman of the Gippsland region of Victoria. She studied for a cetificate in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art and Design.

In 2004 Harrison was announced the National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee (NAIDOC) Week Victorian Indigenous Artist of the Year.

Her paintings are held in the collections of Latrobe Regional Gallery, Baw Baw Shire Council and the Koorie Heritage Trust.
