Emma Cotton was a china painter. She exhibited with the West Australian Society of Arts and Western Australian Women's Society of Fine Arts and Crafts. Cotton was a student at Perth Technical School under J. W. R. Linton and also of Flora Landells at her Maylands School of Art.
