Talbot is an artist and designer specialising in light, lighting fixtures and the manipulation of the effects of light for exhibition and display. His career began ca.2000 in Perth, later shifting to the UK and Europe. He has worked in Paris, Frankfurt, London, Italy and elsewhere.
