George Clift was born in 1835. He was an artist and brushmaker. It is not known if Clift practised his artwork whilst in Western Australia.

Artist and brushmaker convicted in England who arrived in Western Australia per the Clyde in 1863. It is not known if Clift practised his artwork whilst in Western Australia but he was probably gainfully employed as a brushmaker.
