Crafts Council of Australia

Also known as Craft Australia, CCA
Formed in 1971, the Crafts Council of Australia was active in co-ordinating the work of state crafts organisations as well as that of specialist groups, galleries, education institutions and individual practitioners in the craft field. It was renamed Craft Australia in 2003 and defunded by the Visual Arts Board of the Australia Council for the Arts in 2011.
