sketcher, won the 2-guinea prize for a black and white drawing from the round by an amateur and second prize (1 guinea) for the most meritorious drawing by a pupil of the School of Design at the 1869 exhibition of the South Australian Society of Arts. The following year (when Wyatt and Hamilton were the judges) she won the prize for the best chalk drawing from the round. She was presumably also the Miss E. (sic) L. Wyley (sic) listed as winning second prize for the most meritorious drawing by a pupil of the School of Design at the society’s 1868 exhibition.
