Hugh Ferguson

Ferguson was the Melbourne-based organiser of an exhibition "Australia Makes It" held first in 1947 in the city's exhibition building. The show exhibited Australian designed and manufactured goods, supported by press coverage from Melbourne's The Argus newspaper. It was so successful in attracting post-war attendance, it was held again in 1948.
