Born in 1961 of the Anmatyerre tribe, Isobel Hagan is the President of the Mt Allan Community Council. Her father was a Lutheran pastor, brought up at Hermannsburg. She paints Goanna Dreaming for her country, Mt Allan. She lives at Mt Allan.
