painter, contributed to the fourth Annual Exhibition of Fine Arts at Melbourne in 1864. He showed five paintings: Evening on the Waters , Botanical Gardens (Foot Bridge Entrance) , The Musical Pavilion, Botanical Gardens and two religious subjects. 'Some of them possess merit’, wrote the Argus critic on 2 March 1864, 'but he has been unfortunate with his “Madonna”, which is faulty in colour, and by no means happy as a study’. Fallon was listed in the catalogue as a resident artist of Franklin Street, North Melbourne.
