Using textile techniques such as sewing, embroidery and dressmaking, Julia Robinson explores themes of mortality and the macabre, and her work is informed by fairy tales and texts such as poems, Gothic fiction and the bible. Julia's work is held in the collection of the Art Gallery of South Australia and private collections in Australia. She is represented by Anna Pappas Gallery in Melbourne.
