Freeman's 1997 installation 'Forget Me Nots' was a cemetery plot made from the gates of the infamous Bomaderry Girls Home, hung with a wreath of pink and blue forget-me-nots. A photo behind the gates of a class and teacher (c.1930s) replaced the headstone.
