Late 20th century cartoonist and book illustrator. The National Library of Australia holds an example of Bailey's work, his cartoon "First he's got to find a safe Labor seat!"

Cartoonist, signs work 'Kev’. An image and short biographical entry are in Australian Black-and-White Artists Club Book of Originals (1986), AGNSW (178.1988.1-102). An anthology of his cartoons is believed to exist but the details are currently unknown. The National Library of Australia (NLA) holds his cartoon, First he’s got to find a safe Labor seat!
