Lionel (Willy) Carbine exhibited a work in the 2006 and the 2008 'Our Mob' exhibition at the Adelaide Festival Centre.

Lionel (Willy) Carbine was born in 1968 of the Wirangu people of South Australia. In 2006 and 2008 in association with Kuju Aboriginal Arts and Crafts of Port Lincoln, he exhibited in both these years Our Mob exhibitions held at the Adelaide Festival Centre.

In the early 2000s he was granted a business loan form the government that enabled him to set up a mussell company in Port Lincoln.
