was a painter who exhibited Copper Teapot with the Western Australian Women’s Society of Fine Arts and Crafts in 1939. It was described by the critic Charles Hamilton as “rather spoilt by an insistant shelf of books and a crooked picture, but a good rendering of texture and light.” Mrs Forman was listed in Wise’s Post Office Directories 1939 and 1941 under artists with an address at 4 Howard Street.
