sketcher, decorative artist and teacher, showed two examples of ornamental hair work at the 1857 Victorian Society of Fine Arts Exhibition, giving her address as St Kilda, Melbourne. She had evidently just moved there, since she was advertising as a teacher of French and drawing later that year as recently 'Removed to St. Kilda, next Collegiate School’. The following year she was offering 'French, drawing, perspective, monochromatic painting, taught in the most improved method by Madame Ravier from Paris’ from Broadland House, Collins Street, Hobart Town.
