Dress designer, married to Harry Chisholm, made or possibly commissioned a silk, satin and cotton embroidered Federation Dress for 1901 when living on Wollogorang station, a large sheep, cattle and horse property near Glen Innes. She had a hand-coloured photograph taken of herself wearing the dress at Falk Studios, George Street, Sydney. Dress and photograph (now in the Powerhouse Museum) are reproduced by Hoskins. The bodice is a union jack with a sash reading 'FEDERATION’, while the white skirt is embroidered with a hand-painted unofficial coat of arms widely used in NSW pre-Federation. She carried a stockwhip and wore a small flag in her hair.
