Art teacher who graduated from Perth Technical College with qualifications in 1945 and began teaching the following year. She taught art at Fremantle Technical College for many years. She became a member of the Perth Society of Artists and exhibited with them from 1947. She also exhibited an oil painting King River, Albany in the Claude Hotchin Art Prize in 1949 and Nannarup, a watercolour, in the Art Competition at Art Gallery of Western Australia in 1950. Her exhibits in 1953 with the Perth Society were the watercolours View of Albany and Harbour Scene, Albany. Albany was one of the traditional summer haunts for artists camps along with Mandurah and maintained its attraction.
