“Mary Ann Disney“cartoonist, signed a cartoon in the Worker (Brisbane), When Justice is the Law , published on 8 November 1892. It depicts two rows of men, those in power as convicts versus convicts not in power, with a tombstone at the front labelled '“Labour A Commodity”/ On Muck/ DEAD’ decorated with a winged politician’s portrait. The name was obviously a male pseudonym, as were others for Worker cartoons: 1892 signatures, for example, include 'Biddy Micklehead’, 'The Goanna’ (the paper’s most professional and prolific artist), 'S Toney Broke’ and 'Demorno’ later 'Nick O’Tine’ (1900s?) and 'Bunyip’ (1908).
