professional photographer, had a studio in George Street, Sydney in 1858 59 and in Liverpool Street, near Palmer Street, Woolloomooloo in 1859. At the end of 1862 he announced that cased photographic portraits could be obtained from a shilling each at his Liverpool Street gallery. The following October he advertised 'a splendid half size camera, & apparatus complete, for sale’. He is undoubtedly the same person as Morris S. Woods, listed in Liverpool Street in 1864 by Davies and Stanbury.
