Miss Bessie Bisdee exhibited her landscape drawings at various exhibitions in Hobart in the late nineteenth century.

sketcher, exhibited at the Tasmanian Art Association in 1885: 'Miss Bessie Bisdee shows a view near Brighton and two scenes in the Lake Country, taken last year, which were recognized by many, and testimony borne to their truthfull accuracy’ ( Mercury 8 January 1885, 3). Exhibited Art Society of Tasmania 1900.
