Moira Penny is a Noongar artist who paints under the name of 'Tiddalauree’. She was born in Gnowangerup a small town approximately 345 kilometres south-east of Perth. She spent most of her childhood in and around Gnowangerup and also at Gnowangerup Aboriginal Mission.

In 2001 she fulfilled her life’s ambition of becoming a painter by graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Visual Arts) from Curtin University. Her works are mostly abstract depictions of the wildflowers of her childhood environment and represent the small incidents of joy and happiness Penny experienced as a child growing up on the Mission.
Penny exhibited some silk paintings in an exhibition at the Western Australian Museum (c.2004) and in 2006 she participated in the 'Moorjditch Mar-Daa Art Award’ held at the Armadale Tavern Function Room in Armadale. This award was facilitated by the Armadale Redevelopment Authority.
In 2009 Penny enrolled in a Certificate III course in Visual Art and Contemporary Craft at the Kidigo Art Insitute in Fremantle. 2009 also saw her exhibit in the group exhibition 'Moorditj Mob’ at Kidogo Arthouse.
