Born at Yatujungurlu (Kurlurrngalynypa) in 1936, her tribe/language is Warlpiri and her country Kurlurrngalynypa. She can also work on the Kiriwarrankurra Jukurrpa (Dreaming). Her own Dreamings are Witi and Ngarrka. She lives at Lajamanu. Works with her husband, Toby Jangala and started painting in 1986 in the Traditional Painting course. An impressive figure of a woman, her paintings are unusually symmetrical and 'neat’ amongst the work of the older artists at Lajamanu.
