Priscilla was born in 1942 at Cabbage Tree Island and has lived there all her life. She is part of a Bundjalung Aboriginal Arts and Craft group called People of the Reeds. The group is cross-generational, with elders like Priscilla working alongside younger women. The women are related and bound by culture and a strength and determination to succeed. As one of the more experienced members of the group, Priscilla helps the co-ordinator teach the younger women screen printing and tie-dyeing techniques. The group has exhibited paintings and textiles at Grafton Regional Gallery, Murwillumbah City of the Arts Space, Lismore Regional Gallery, at the St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney, as well as in Nimbin and Byron Bay. They have also exhibited their textiles in fashion shows at the Byron Bay Lighthouse and Sutherland RSL Club. Their textiles have been sold in Sydney and the Northern Rivers, sometimes made to order. The group entered the National Parks and Wildlife Service Art Award in 2006, 2007 and 2008. In 2007, Priscilla received Highly Commended for her textiles piece Pathways to Success and her painting Bundjalung Country .
