A $20,000 National acquisitive prize for a painting inspired by Australian landscape. The UNSW Art & Design will offer selected artist a limited edition print, plus a $1,000 prize will be presented to the Honourable Mention recipient and a $500 prize will be presented to the Highly Commended recipient. The judge for the 2005 prize was Deborah Edwards, Senior Curator of Australian Art at the Art Gallery of NSW.
