caricaturist and cartoonist, member of the Black and White Artists’ Club, lives at Waverley, Sydney, and has been contributing to the Sydney Morning Herald since 1988 (original 1980s cartoon Mitchell Library PXD 764). Previously he had worked for the Canberra Times (1985-86). He drew a cartoon for the 1991 'Quit’ campaign (original ML PxD 672/9) but specialises in caricatures of politicians and the 'rich and famous’. 'The light on the hill’, published in Good Weekend 1997, was exhibited in Bringing the House Down: 12 Months of Australian Political Humour (Canberra: National Museum of Australia/ Old Parliament House exhibition, 1997), cat. 21. He was also included in the 2001 Bringing the House Down show (and presumably others in between): NMA website.
