Townsend Duryea Jr, professional photographer the son of prominent American born Adelaide photographer Townsend Duryea Sr. He worked for Rushton & Just, Adelaide c 1883 and then studios under hs own name in Rundle street Adelaide until merging with Thelma studio as THELMA-DURYEA Rundle street. in 1912. The firm continued until1045. Townsend Jr retired to Port Pirie in 1910.
