cartoonist, was evidently a Sydney resident. The National Library of Australia (NLA) has a number of Acme’s bitter cartoons published as postcards c.1907+ re the capital of Australia being located in Melbourne, e.g. joke about Sydney Harbour and Fort Denison being sent to Melbourne.
