Cartoonist, is listed on PICMAN as having drawn for Smith’s Weekly (n.d.). 'Bet you ten bob the bosses’ new secretary gets the bullet this week’ is among 21-24 originals by Smith’s artists donated to ML (PXD 840) in 1999 by the wife of a former reporter, along with a copy of the final issue of the paper (28 October 1950) signed by all the cartoonists. There is some speculation that Albert Smith might be the Bert Smith who wrote for the Sydney Morning Herald.
