Born in the 1930s around Kintore, Benny Jangala was a Pintupi speaker. He painted Emu and Bush Tucker Dreamings for the country around Kintore and lived at Nyirrpi. He began painting at Nyirrpi in the late ’80s and painted occasionally for Papunya Tula in the 1990s.
