Benbow – Amateur – NSW – no.126 Lake Scene, Morning – Indian ink – Original; no.127 Yackandandah Range, from Beechworth Road, Victoria – Original; no.128 Two of Her Majesty’s Cruisers after Slavers, Morning – Indian Ink – Original; no.129 Sydney Harbour, North Head – Indian Ink – Original; no.130 Icebergs, Southern Ocean – Original; no.131 Waranga Swamp – Sepia – Original.

C.A. Benbow of NSW exhibited the same original drawings in the Metropolitan Intercolonial Exhibition at Sydney in April 1875, i.e. Lake Scene – Morning – Indian ink (cat.164), Yackandandah Range, from Beechworth Road, Victoria – Indian ink (cat.165), Two of Her Majesty’s Cruisers after Slavers, Morning – Indian ink (cat.166), Sydney Harbour, North Head – Indian ink (cat. 167), Icebergs, Southern Ocean – Indian ink (cat. 168) and Waranga Swamp – sepia (cat. 169). Miss Benbow , presumably his sister Anne Benbow, showed her Victorian Orchids at the same exhibition (cat. 100).
