Description

Steps Gallery: owned and run by the Meat Industry Employees’ Superannuation Fund since 1992.

Wally Curran-Vic Trades Hall and Noel Flood, Ceramist, were instrumental in the establishment of the Gallery. They held many discussions around the benefits of the arts and culture for workers. Significant support came from the Steggles family.

Significant Ceramics collection.

Items are displayed in the MIEU building.
