oil painter, was living in Prahran, Melbourne when he showed his religious painting, The Tribute Money, in the 1856 Victorian Exhibition of Art. He exhibited six oil paintings of various subjects with the Victorian Society of Fine Arts in 1857, including Sunset, near the Ovens (£50), Ship on Fire (£25) and a pair of portraits of white cows (£15).
