Born in 1950, Denny Jampijinpa is an Anmatyerre speaker whose traditional country is Mt Allan. He is a 'bush doctor’: traditional Aboriginal medicine man. The Dreamings he can paint are Snake, Bush Tucker, White Creek Wallaby, Scrub Turkey, and Honey Ants from White Creek. He is married to Daisy Napangardi , and now lives at Nyirrpi. He began painting in about 1987.
