Theatrical designer, actor and singer, designed many sets for Sydney theatrical productions as well as National Theatre productions in Melbourne (c.1950-60). Her best-known theatrical work is probably the sets and costumes for John Summer’s production of Douglas Stewart’s play, Ned Kelly ; thirteen of her watercolours, including costume designs for Policeman, Barmaid, Joe Byrne and Aaron Sherritt, are in Benalla Art Gallery.
