painter, exhibited at the 1888-89 Melbourne Centennial International Exhibition in the Ladies’ Court – no.174 The Two Islands, Hopkins River – and in the Victorian Artists’ Gallery in (Watercolours) no.135 On the Watts River and Scene on the Ovens River and in (Oil Paintings) no.96 Titwillow. Airey also exhibited at the Victorian Arts Society in 1889 (animal paintings?).
