Wake , Australia ! Wake! , anti-Chinese cartoon with Australia as a sleeping virgin (there is a signature l.h.s., possibly “E M Wray” though stylistically the cartoon is very like E. M. “Monte” Scott ), Boomerang 11 February 1888 (ill. Harris, 59).
