sketcher, was a pupil of Edward Sasse. Sasse exhibited two chalk drawings by Woollard at the 1869 Geelong Mechanics Institute Exhibition. One, Nelson Receiving the Swords on board the San Josef, was described by the Geelong Advertiser as 'especially worthy of note, giving promise of much success for the young artist’.
