Painter, son of Thomas Hall Plush, artist who arrived in Western Australia in 1886 from South Australia.The economy was poor in South Australia in the 1880s and gold was just beginning to be plentiful in Western Australia. He joined the police force when he arrived. It is not known if he was active in the art field in Western Australia.
