A Pitjantjatjara speaker from the Peterman Ranges, now living in Alice Springs and is in her mid 50s, Eileen Boko began painting on canvas in mid 1986 with the original Jukurrpa group. Her works are characterised by very fine dotting and often depict intricate stories of Homesick, Seven Sisters and Bush Cherry Dreamings. Though still active in the Jukurrpa organisation, she seldom paints now because of failing eyesight.
